The Old Toy Store can accommodate up to 5 people.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger groups, for the sake of your comfort and enjoyment

The only exception is groups of children. In that case, the game is slightly modified to accommodate larger groups.

The game lasts 90 minutes.

Yes, the Old Toy Store features an actor during the game.

On weekends, the option of playing with two actors is also available for an additional fee.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to play without an actor.

During the weekend (pt-nd), you can book a version of the game with an additional actor for an extra charge of +£100.

The second actor enriches the storyline and stage effects – for those players who appreciate deeper immersion in the game. The puzzles, on the other hand, remain essentially unchanged.

Entry to the game area with phones, smartphones and smartwatches is prohibited. Our gamemasters will ask you to leave them in the safe before the game starts, and you will be able to pick them up after the game.

Note: there are no exceptions to this rule. If you cannot leave your phones during the game, please do not make reservations.

The Old Toy Store is not a horror game. You will not find actors chasing you throughout the room.

However, it’s important to note that this game can be classified as a thriller-atmosphere experience. This means you may encounter some dark and gloomy environments, moments of unexpected suspense, and actors who — while never touching you at any point during the game —may come very close to one or more players.

We would like to emphasize that our main goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience and fun. If one or more members of your team are easily scared, you can inform us before the game starts. While we cannot modify most parts of the experience, our actors can make sure to limit certain effects where possible and keep more distance from players who are not comfortable with close interaction 🙂

The game, atmosphere and puzzles are designed for people over the age of 16, but younger children and teens also visit regularly.

It depends on the personality: most of them have a great time, but some may get scared. If your children are easily frightened, have a fear of dark places and unexpected moments, it is probably better to wait until they are a little older.

Reservation of an appointment is an order with obligation to pay (Article 17 of the Law on Consumer Rights).

Free cancellation or postponement of the game is possible no later than 36 hours before the booked date (email info@escaperoomkrakow.pl or phone 668 869 847).

Cancellation of the game less than 36 hours in advance will result in the obligation of the booker to pay the full amount (based on our invoice).
